I was thinking of using as a URL shortener service, it's quite small, but what do you think it is worth if I just wanted to sell it?

I'm certainly no expert on domains, but while short's nice, exactly what is the opportunity with a non-business dictionary?  That's where you'd have to start.

If it's 'branding', as in, a business could do booming business off of a short domain, well, they can build a brand on anything (bell, telus, google, yahoo).  So I don't think that increases the value.

Personally it's not one I'd pick up.  I suspect that it's more of a domain speculator type domain - buy it and hold for 15 years under the hope that someone will want to pay big bucks for one of your many domains, thus paying for all of them + profit.

But again, I'm no expert Smiley.

Short - as in LLL.ca - and a real word - with possibilities as an acronym. I can think of a few commercial applications  for this domain. Would be great for air pollution, environmental concerns. Subdomains like clean.air.ca and fresh.air.ca add potential.

I like it.
I would think (IMHO) that this one should be worth high XXX to XXXX

An url shortener service would be a waste of this domain.
